Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how VidReward collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the VidRewards website or Android application. VidReward is the operator and data controller for the services described here.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• your full name, email address, password credentials, join date, referral code, and account status;
• level, viewing activity, rewards, wallet, withdrawal, and transaction information;
• the payout details you provide for a withdrawal request, such as a bank or supported wallet account;
• payment proof images or screenshots that you upload so a payment can be reviewed or a dispute can be investigated;
• messages and information you provide when contacting support; and
• technical information needed to operate and protect the website and app, such as device, browser, log, and security information.

We do not require a phone number to create an account. Your email address is used for account access and password reset; email addresses are not verified unless the app later tells you otherwise.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide video activities and rewards, calculate and review transactions, process withdrawals, operate referrals, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, improve the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

3. Information visible to other members

Your full name and join date may appear in the Team Report to members up to three levels above you in your referral chain. Contact details, payout details, payment proof, and private account information are not displayed there. The app may also show recent joins or withdrawals in an activity feed using shortened names, such as “A** R***”.

4. Sharing information

We may share information with service providers who help host, secure, support, or operate the service; payment or payout partners when necessary to process a request; professional advisers; law-enforcement or government authorities when legally required; and another organisation if the business is reorganised or transferred. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Payment proof and retention

Payment proof images and transaction records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to verify payments, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain accounting records, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we will delete it or anonymise it where reasonably practicable.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online service or APK distributed over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure. Download the app only from the official VidRewards website and keep your password confidential.

7. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to or correction of personal information, or to ask a question about how it is used. VidReward does not currently provide self-service account deletion. Some account, transaction, fraud-prevention, or legally required records may need to remain even when a user stops using the service.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children. Do not use VidRewards if you are not legally able to enter into these terms in your country.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service, law, or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a new version is published. Continued use after an update means you have had an opportunity to review the revised policy.
