Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and VidReward, Pakistan, for access to the VidRewards website and Android application. By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must provide accurate information. Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell support promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

2. The service

VidRewards provides eligible video activities, account levels, reward tracking, referrals, and supported withdrawal options. Available activities, eligibility rules, level details, task requirements, and supported payout methods are shown in the app and may vary by account, market, or operational availability.

3. Free trial and levels

New accounts may receive the free trial described in the app. The trial begins when the account is created and ends according to the trial rules shown there. Any paid level, activation condition, task requirement, or level benefit will be displayed before you confirm it. Do not rely on promotional wording outside the app where the app provides the current operational details.

4. Rewards and withdrawals

Rewards are credited only for eligible activities completed and accepted by the service. A withdrawal request may require payment or account information and is reviewed by a person or by operational controls. A request may be delayed, rejected, or returned when information is incomplete, proof is insufficient, activity is invalid, or fraud or policy abuse is suspected. Any applicable minimum, fee, approval status, and payout details are shown in the app before or during the request.

5. Referrals

Referral rewards are governed by the referral rules shown in the app. A referral bonus may depend on the invited member completing the required action and on the referring member holding an eligible level at the relevant time. A bonus that is not eligible at that time is not held for later payment.

6. Acceptable use

You must not create duplicate or false accounts, automate viewing or interactions, manipulate referrals or activity, submit false payment proof, attempt to access another user’s account, reverse engineer or interfere with the app, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the service to violate any applicable law.

7. Suspension and termination

VidReward may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where necessary to protect users, investigate suspected abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the service. We may withhold or review disputed rewards and withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing. You may stop using the service at any time, but account and transaction records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. APK distribution and safety

VidRewards is distributed directly as an APK and is not listed on the Google Play Store. Download it only from the official VidRewards website. Android may display a warning for apps installed outside the Play Store; follow the installation guide and do not install an APK obtained from another source.

9. Intellectual property

VidReward and its licensors retain all rights in the VidRewards name, branding, software, design, and content except for rights expressly granted in these Terms. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided subject to availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular number of activities, a particular reward, or approval of every withdrawal. To the extent permitted by law, VidReward is not responsible for indirect loss, service interruption, unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect credentials, or loss caused by use of an unofficial APK.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute should first be raised with support so the parties can attempt to resolve it informally. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a new version is published. Continued use after publication of revised Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
